So based on the info above, we do not need much. 10mg a day for adults is easy to achieve with Colloidal Copper, we are dealing with parts per million.
1 Dropper = 1 ml 6-8 sprays = 1 ml. once a day.
I personally like using Colloidal Copper skin products to get my daily requirement. It is absorbed through my skin instead of ingested.
